*Moving Forward: Emotional & Physical Rehabilitation after Cancer
Learn strategies to manage long-term treatment side effects such as cancer-related fatigue and weight gain. Moving Forward is for men and women who are currently in treatment or have finished treatment within the last year. The 12 week program will include twice weekly circuit fitness training at a gym and a weekly support group.
Advance registration required.
TGP East: Mondays, 10:00am - 12:30pm and Wednesdays 11:30am - 12:30pm beginning March 29th.
TGP West: Mondays, 1:30 - 2:30pm and Wednesdays, 12:30 - 2:30 beginning February 8th.
